Days 1 to 5 YOU ARE BEGINNING a very exciting adventure – you’re going to discover your body! For the first few days concentrate on getting the details right, even if the exercises seem awkward or difficult at first. We call this the preparation stage. You’ll learn the basics of Callanetics and start preparing your body for the two levels that follow.
